What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
Our handmade earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings are created using authentic Preciosa® crystals from the Czech Republic and Swarovski® crystals from Austria.
Depending on the design, we use high-quality metals such as stainless steel, surgical-grade stainless steel, and .925 sterling silver. All of the metals used in our jewelry are nickel-free.
As the materials may vary between individual pieces, we recommend checking the product description before purchasing, particularly if you have sensitive skin or a known sensitivity to certain metals. Many customers with sensitive skin have told us that they can comfortably wear our stainless-steel jewelry without experiencing irritation; however, individual reactions may vary.
How do I choose the correct size?
Many of our jewelry pieces are designed to offer a flexible, comfortable fit.
Most necklaces include an extension chain, allowing you to adjust the length to suit your preferred style. Some necklaces are available in several chain lengths instead, and the available options will be shown on the product page.
Our elastic bracelets are designed to stretch comfortably around the wrist. Certain bracelet styles also include an adjustable chain and extension chain for additional flexibility.
Most of our rings are adjustable and can be made slightly smaller by gently pressing the band inward or slightly larger by carefully pulling it outward. To protect the shape and quality of the ring, we recommend adjusting it gently and avoiding frequent bending.

Can I request a custom or personalized piece?
We do not currently offer personalized jewelry as a standard service. However, you are always welcome to contact us at info@armillajewelry.com with your idea, and we will be happy to explore what may be possible.
We welcome enquiries from both individuals and businesses, including custom requests, special projects, and potential collaborations. We would love to hear your ideas and see whether we can create something together.
How long will my order take to make and ship?
Although our jewelry is handmade, we aim to process all orders quickly. Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Many of our pieces are handmade in advance and stored safely, ready to be packaged and sent to their new owners. Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before shipment.
Your estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
What is your return, exchange, and repair policy?
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive your order. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the last item.
