Thank you for shopping at Armilla. We hope you love your handmade jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive your order. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the last item.

3. Return shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost when using the right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for making sure the product reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage.
Armilla is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Condition of returned products
Returned products must be in good condition.
You may carefully inspect the product, but if the product has been used or handled more than necessary to assess it, we may make a deduction from the refund for any decrease in value.
Jewelry should be returned clean, unused and, where possible, in its original packaging.
5. Refunds
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
However, we may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been sent back.
Refunds will normally be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If you return your entire order, we will refund the product price and the original standard shipping cost, if any. Extra costs for special or faster delivery options are not refunded.
Return shipping costs are not refunded.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size or colour, please return the original product according to this policy and place a new order.
7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If your product is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will handle the matter according to applicable consumer law. Depending on the situation, we may offer repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
For approved complaints regarding faulty, damaged or incorrect products, Armilla will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
8. Complaints under Swedish consumer law
Under Swedish consumer law, consumers have the right to complain about faulty products for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.
A complaint should be made within a reasonable time after you noticed, or should have noticed, the fault.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, exposure to water, perfume, lotions, chemicals or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect.
9. Unclaimed packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, or because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, please contact us.
If you want the order to be sent again, you may need to pay the additional shipping cost.
An unclaimed package is not automatically considered a valid return or withdrawal. To use your right of withdrawal, you must clearly contact us and tell us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
