Thank you for shopping at Armilla. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders placed through our online store.
1. Shipping destinations
Armilla currently ships to:
- Sweden
- Other EU countries
- Norway
We currently ship to Sweden, other EU countries, and Norway. We do not currently ship to countries outside these destinations.
Norway
Please note that Norway is not a member of the European Union. Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to Norwegian import VAT, customs clearance fees and other charges upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout, unless clearly stated otherwise.
If a Norwegian package is returned because import fees were not paid or the package was not collected, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional carrier fees.
2. Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, holidays or unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping carrier
We ship orders with PostNord.
The available shipping options and shipping cost, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time is normally 1–4 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier handling, public holidays, weather, transport disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation by email.
If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, the tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation.
6. Correct delivery information
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order.
Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at:

7. Unclaimed packages
You are responsible for collecting your package within the time stated by the carrier.
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, or because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, please contact us.
If you want the order to be sent again, you may need to pay the additional shipping cost.
An unclaimed package is not automatically considered a valid return or withdrawal. To use your right of withdrawal, you must clearly contact us and tell us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
8. Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check any tracking information provided by PostNord.

This helps us handle the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Customs, import VAT and fees
For orders within the EU, customs duties are normally not charged.
For orders to Norway, import VAT, customs clearance fees and other local charges may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Norway is outside the EU customs area, so shipments to Norway require customs processing.
