These Terms & Conditions apply when you place an order from Armilla through our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Products

Armilla sells handmade jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings.

Because our jewelry is handmade, small variations in shape, size, finish, colour and details may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects unless the product is faulty or does not match the product description.

We do our best to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, device or lighting.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement between you and Armilla is concluded when your order has been confirmed.

You are responsible for providing correct order, delivery and contact information. If incorrect information causes delivery problems, please contact us as soon as possible.

Armilla reserves the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or product information error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

4. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you need approval from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Armilla is currently not registered for VAT. This means that VAT is not charged or specified on invoices or receipts.

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Klarna

Payment is handled securely through Shopify and/or the selected payment provider. Armilla does not store your full card details.

If you choose Klarna, Klarna’s own terms and conditions may also apply to the payment.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

We ship with PostNord.

Estimated delivery time is normally 1–4 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier handling, public holidays, customs-related delays or circumstances outside our control.

Armilla currently ships to Sweden, other EU countries, and Norway.

8. Unclaimed packages and incorrect address

You are responsible for collecting your package within the time stated by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, or because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, please contact us. If you want the order to be sent again, you may need to pay the additional shipping cost.

9. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days when shopping online.

The withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive your order. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive the last item.

You do not need to give a reason for using your right of withdrawal.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us within the 14-day period by contacting:

Please include your name, order number and which product or products you want to return.

10. Return shipping

When you use your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

You are also responsible for making sure the returned product reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

11. Condition of returned products

Products must be returned in good condition.

You may inspect the product carefully, but if the product has been used or handled more than necessary to assess it, we may make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value.

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry should be returned clean, unused and with any original packaging where possible.

12. Refunds

When you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the returned product.

If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the original standard shipping cost, if you paid one. Extra costs for special or express delivery options are not refunded.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been sent back.

Refunds are normally made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

13. Exchanges

Armilla does not currently offer exchanges.

If you want a different product, size or colour, you may return the original product according to these Terms & Conditions and place a new order.

14. Complaints and faulty products

If your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the product description, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos if possible.

Under Swedish consumer law, consumers have the right to complain about original faults in a product for up to 3 years from the date of purchase. A complaint should be made within a reasonable time after you noticed, or should have noticed, the fault.

If the product is faulty, we may offer repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the situation and what is required by applicable consumer law.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, water exposure, chemicals, perfumes, lotions or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product defect.

15. Jewelry care and allergies

Jewelry should be handled with care. To help preserve your jewelry, avoid exposing it to water, perfume, lotions, sweat, cleaning products or other chemicals.

Please read the product description before purchasing. If you have allergies or sensitivities to certain metals or materials, contact us before placing an order.

Armilla is not responsible for allergic reactions unless the product information was incorrect or misleading.

16. Force majeure

Armilla is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, transport disruptions, government actions, technical failures, supplier disruptions or other similar events.

17. Personal data

We process personal data in order to handle orders, payments, shipping, customer service and legal obligations.

18. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you may still have mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.

19. Disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

If we cannot resolve the dispute, Swedish consumers may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN. Armilla will participate in dispute resolution and follows applicable consumer dispute rules.
